• CoRWM members take part in a range of meetings
• Notes or minutes of all meetings are available unless there are issues of confidentiality

Plenary meetings

• We hold regular committee meetings or ‘plenaries’
• This is where we make all our substantive decisions, following discussion and debate
• Members of the public are welcome to come and observe plenary meetings
• Observers have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the meeting although they may not participate in the meeting
• We hold plenaries around the country so that more people can meet us

Operational meetings

• We meet a wide range of people and organisations in order to collect evidence and views
• We hold public and stakeholder events where we seek feedback on key issues or draft reports

Notes of these meetings are published unless they deal with confidential issues

Task groups

• We have task groups of members dealing with specific areas of the current work programme.
• There are currently seven task groups and these report into the plenary meetings
