Next plenary meeting
The next CoRWM plenary meeting will be held on 7 March 2012 in Warrington. The agenda and papers will follow nearer the time.
- CoRWM members take part in a range of meetings
- Notes or minutes of all meetings are available unless there are issues of confidentiality
- All our documents have a unique document number
- Documents are available in the online Document Store
Plenary meetings
- We hold regular committee meetings or ‘plenaries’
- This is where we make all our substantive decisions, following discussion and debate
- Members of the public are welcome to come and observe plenary meetings
- Observers have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the meeting although they may not participate in the meeting
- We hold plenaries around the country so that more people can meet us
Minutes are published and key points circulated via the e-Bulletin
Operational meetings
- We meet a wide range of people and organisations in order to collect evidence and views
- We hold public and stakeholder events where we seek feedback on key issues or draft reports
Notes of these meetings are published unless they deal with confidential issues
Task groups
- We have task groups of members dealing with specific areas of the current work programme.
- There are currently seven task groups and these report into the plenary meetings
